3. Subscription & Payments

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected subscription plan
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to compromise the platform's security

are the exclusive property of ProBuds Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. 7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

• Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProBuds Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation with us for at least 30 days. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you agree to resolve the claim through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, India, in the English language.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
